After a thorough analysis of the history and the evolution of automation in the past years, it is important to stress that automation will not increase unemployment. It will not seem as bad because it will help us complete efficient work in the medical field and we will have the creation of many other job opportunities in the market. It is also crucial to propose alternatives solutions to automation like education to help prepare people for future jobs.

BackgroundAccording to Anabel Quan-Haase, we traced back the history of automation in the Neolithic period where our ancestors created tolls based on stones and copper (p.20). The period was significant for changing the production and distributions of goods and had a major impact on workers as well as humans. Even with the loss of so many jobs in the market, it did not stop us making our machines and robots better. Automation is very important since it has made our doctors better in their jobs like the creation of MRI of the X-Ray Imaging. So, automation has existed since our existence, we still had many jobs to offer to the population.
